Live Plant Arrival Guarantee
If your plant arrives in less than perfect shape, contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. I’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final except for issues covered by the live arrival guarantee. I cannot accept returns or exchanges for healthy plants or for issues reported after the 24-hour window.

Non-Plant Items
If you purchase pots or accessories, please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem.
